For super platform trustees
"I have to prove we watched thousands of advisers. An industry average proves nothing."
Illustrative: how a chief risk officer at a super wrap platform might put it
Five of the nine FSC Standard 31 indicators, on your own member data, and counts for indicator 5 (complaints and withdrawn consents) where your extract supplies them. Every adviser is ranked against your platform on thresholds you set, and every decision is recorded with who made it and why, ready before the board signs. The pack names every indicator it does not compute.
How it works
Where it is today. Live for trial on a synthetic book or your own extract. Trial terms set out how your data is held.
Forty advisers, positioned by advice-fee deductions as a share of member balance. Against an industry average, the adviser at 4.2% is unremarkable. Against this platform, median 0.9%, it sits 21.2 median absolute deviations out.
MAD, median absolute deviation, is used instead of standard deviation because one extreme outlier contaminates a mean; the thing being hunted would hide itself.
Sorting by severity puts the loudest number first and buries the row that has quietly been open the longest. AttestZ sorts open matters by age, oldest first, and marks anything past its due date.
Severity sorting buries the matter that has stalled. Sorting by age puts it at the top of the list.
A stalled matter is not warned against; it is made unrepresentable. A decision without a rationale will not save. An escalation without a next action and a due date will not save. What does save can never be overwritten, only superseded in the open.
No records yet. Nothing has been decided.
A correction adds a record; it never overwrites one. The superseded record stays readable. That is the audit trail, and the product's central promise.
FSC Standard 31 (cl. 4.3.2) says trustees should record who decided what, and why. Today that record lives in spreadsheets nobody reopens. In AttestZ it is working context: when a flag arrives, every prior graded decision on that licensee surfaces with it.

A pattern the analyst reads in seconds: the trustee's own graded reasoning, not a generic baseline.
A trustee can build the arithmetic. They cannot rebuild two years of their own graded decisions.
The ledger is yours: your regulatory record, held in an isolated store no other client can read, exportable in full at any time, and never used to train anything. There is no cross-client learning, because that would breach the exact thing being sold. And thresholds never move on their own: the ledger surfaces prior decisions; a human still sets and defends every threshold.
