Trial terms

How your data is held during an AttestZ trial, who reads it, and what happens to it when the trial ends.

Your data stays yours

Your data stays yours and stays alone. Every AttestZ client runs in its own sealed tenancy: your extracts, ledger, decisions and evidence packs are stored under your tenant only, and sign-in is bound to that tenant. Nothing you load is pooled with any other client's data or used to train, tune or improve any model or any other client's product. AttestZ computes its indicators with deterministic code. Your extract, indicators, ledger entries, decisions, thresholds, attestation packs and member data are never sent to an AI model. The one thing that is read by our operators and our support assistant is a problem report you choose to file with us through the product, so we can fix what you saw. When the trial ends, your tenancy is retired and your data is returned or destroyed at your written direction.

What this page is

These are the data-handling terms for an AttestZ trial. They describe how your data is held, who reads it, and what happens to it when the trial ends.

AttestZ reports what was monitored and what was decided. It does not determine compliance with FSC Standard 31 — that determination is the trustee's. FSC Standard 31 is an industry standard, not law. The system does not assess the quality, value or appropriateness of advice; both ASIC and FSC Standard 31 expressly exclude that.

Questions
