For makers and distributors of time-critical medicines

When the flight is cancelled: a plan that still treats the patient, and proof of who approved it

"When the 5 am flight is cancelled, I need a plan that still treats the patient, and proof of who approved it."

Illustrative: how a duty radiopharmacist at a PET production site might put it

Radiopharmaceuticals start decaying the moment they are made. When a flight, batch or courier fails, AttestZ IsoLog proposes a new production and delivery plan that allows for decay and delay. A named person on your team approves every change, and every plan and handover goes on a tamper-evident record. In the live demo the record is kept in your browser; for a design partner it is hosted by us.

How it works

  1. Disruption: a flight is cancelled, a batch runs late or a courier fails.
  2. Re-plan: a new run time, route or courier, checked so the batch still arrives within release specification at calibration time.
  3. Approve: a named person on your team approves or rejects the plan.
  4. Record: the plan and every handover go on a tamper-evident record that the maker, the courier and the clinic can each check.

IsoLog plans production and freight; it does not calculate or recommend any patient's dose. It is not a validated GxP system: it runs alongside yours, not instead of them.

Where it is today. The planner runs in our live demo on invented figures. We are taking design partners: the first step is a read-only replay of one past quarter, under NDA.
