For organisations running AI agents. Your named people record each agent's grant of authority: what it may do and who supervises it. Every action your agent reports is recorded against that grant, anything outside its scope is flagged, and every human sign-off is recorded too. Each entry gets a receipt, and your auditor, insurer or lawyer can check the whole record offline, without trusting us.
We keep fingerprints of what your agents were given and what they returned, not the content. The short summary and names your systems report with each action sit in a separate layer that can be deleted while the record still checks. Our own admin agent runs under the same record today: an action outside its grant is refused before it runs. We are taking a small number of paid pilots.
When an AI agent's action becomes a claim, the first questions are who authorised it, what it was allowed to do, and who signed off. The record answers them, the same way for either side, and anyone can check it offline without trusting us.
Note 1, Australian payments: When an AI agent pays: who said it could? →
It does not prove that an action was correct or lawful. For your agents, the record flags an action outside its grant; it does not block it. It records what was reported, when, and shows that nothing has changed since. Times and the identity of the person who signed off are as your systems report them, and the record says so.
